Scott Bauer, Owner Operator

I grew up in a small town in Georgia and after getting accepted to study Mechanical Engineering at the University of Georgia, at the last minute I changed course and joined the Air Force. After seven years of being stationed in Europe, I made my way to Phoenix via Luke Air Force Base in 1997 and have been in Arizona ever since. After leaving active duty, I spent 16 years between the Air National Guard and the Air Force Reserves while also being employed for 22 years at Lockheed Martin working on the avionics system of the Apache helicopter. Totaling 26 years of military service and seven in the HVAC field, my entire adult life has been dedicated to serving others.

About eight years ago, a friend came to work complaining of an agonizing and costly experience with a local big-box AC company. We questioned how our team could have so many talented people (mechanics, electricians, computer techs, etc.), but nobody was HVAC certified. When I got home that night, I had a letter from the VA notifying me that my GI Bill benefits were about to expire. There wasn’t much money left, but there was enough for me to go into a trade program, and that’s when I decided to go to school and learn HVAC.

With my talent for fixing things, and desire to help people, I graduated from HVAC school at the top of my class and initially just started out by helping friends and family with their AC needs. As time went on, and with the deficit of trade workers in the Phoenix metro area, I realized there was a larger calling for me to be in the field helping people rather than being a manager sitting behind a desk in the corporate world. With that, I decided to get my ROC license and began my journey to creating an honest, reliable and affordable HVAC company. While I truly left a great team at Lockheed, I have never felt such a level of job satisfaction as I do now for the work that we do.

Treating each home as if it was our own, we pride ourselves on being thorough and doing the job right the first time. Whether it be an AC or other home service need, we respond to each call with a promise to educate to facilitate making informed and intelligent decisions and not to just show up with pushy sales tactics. Our ultimate goal is to be the blessing people are looking for in their time of need.
